Here at Oaklands Country Cat Hotel we value our customers – to ensure we can meet demand and avoid missed bookings, please be advised that we require a £75 deposit on all bookings. This can be paid through our partner website Square or can be paid when you view the cattery. We respectfully advise you that deposits are strictly non refundable and 4 weeks notice will be required to change a booking or the deposit will be lost.
